Ways to Keep Bones Healthy

Milk is one of the best sources of calcium. People with calcium deficiency are recommended to have at least a cup of milk on a daily basis. Not only milk but dairy products like cheese and yoghurt are high in calcium content. Since bones is essentially made up of calcium, eating or drinking milk or milk products can keep your teeth and bones strong and healthy. Even chocolate milk is good for bones but one is advised to brush their teeth after having it.
