The Basics to Practice Every Day

1. Move Over

2. Cut the fat

Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream is consumed in versions of low fat content. Nuts and cured meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited quantities. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise. Thought of the day: Lean, mean fat-burning machine …. Then one!

3. Stop smoking
The jury is decidedly against this ruling. Since 1960, when the Surgeon General announced that smoking is harmful to their health, Americans have reduced their use of snuff products that kill. We have recently seen an increase in smoking among young people and young adults.
