Better Health, and how to get it on a gradient

Our health is drastically impacted by nutrition. You'll find that almost all health issues are more easily controlled or handled by adding or eliminating certain foods, and by taking the proper supplements which are missing from our diet. . We also know that fast food does not give you the nutrients that your body requires and that processed foods create their own problems
1. Drink Plenty of Water
2. Don't breathe polluted air
3. Exercise
4. Sleep
5. Eat the right foods or supplement what you need
6. Lose weight
