As promised yesterday, here I am with the list of the healthy food that helps in keeping the unwanted wrinkles away, so that you stay young and healthy for years to come…here is the list:
Olives – After an experiment done by some Australian scientists in 2001, it was proved that the more olive oil people consumed in their diets, the less chance they had to get wrinkles. The oleic acid that is found in virgin olive oil and olives keep the membranes of the skin healthy by soaking into it and pushing them up. This helps in reducing the fines lines and makes the tough wrinkles less prominent. But remember, that it is extra virgin oil that works best for the skin. I have a friend who consumes at least a teaspoon of extra virgin oil daily…sounds crazy, doesn’t it? But you will envy her flawless and young skin…it really works in keeping away the wrinkles.
Tomatoes - Tomatoes are great wrinkle fighters too. It contains lycopene , which is a skin affable antioxidant. It is 100 times more influential than Vitamin E. Increase you intake of tomatoes to keep those wrinkles away.
Kale- Kale is yet another healthy food which helps to fight away the wrinkles. The rich antioxidants present in Kale helps in providing oxygen to the skin. It also contains vitamin A, which is an anti-ageing component. It also helps in keeping away the wrinkles
