Health Tips and Resources Especially for People with Connective Tissue Disorders

Studies show organically grown food has more nutrients than food grown by conventional methods. In the U.S. certain guidelines have to be followed in order for food to be certified organic. For plants food to be marked organic, crops must be grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, conventional pesticides or sewage sludge. They must also be processed without ionizing radiation or any food additives. For meat to be labeled organic, the animals must have been raised without antibiotics or growth hormones.
