Food of pregnant women

The balanced food - one of indispensable conditions for a correct fetation and a successful outcome of pregnancy.

The organism of the woman bearing the child, demands much more certain nutrients, vitamins, minor components, therefore during this period except a high-grade ration it is necessary to pay attention to additional elements of a food.

It is better, that all nutrition which is used by the woman was as much as possible fresh, whenever possible without conserving agents, artificial additives, stains, and without an excessive sugar content. Also it is necessary to refuse coffee, cigarettes, acute dishes.

It is very important to provide the nutrition entering, which caloricity will be proportional to a power consumption to avoid an excessive increase in weight. Normal at pregnancy the increase in 8-10 kg is considered.
