iv been going to the gym for a while, like 3 months, i havent taken any proteins because they turn into fat if i dont exercise constantly, or for that matter any other suppliment because of any side effect.... anyway i was hoping to find out about any recipe for a drink ( made of fruits) or a certain fruit or anything to help me develop a bit faster :)plaz no medicine or pills or protein bars or anything like that :)
